8:00pm at the
Mediator
Cranston, RI
Cowabunga Buckaroos!  Is it ever good to be home!!!!....and out of the
clutches of the Rancho Diablo Barbecue Consortium.  Yes, now that it's over,
the whole embarrassing, pitiful truth can be known, if only to explain our
mysterious disappearance.
Seems that in a moment of confusion and a slip of the pen, your fave dudes
found themselves in a contractual arrangement with the aforementioned RDBC
to accompany their National Competition Tour, setting up and tearing down in
every godforesaken podunk from here to Saskatoon.  Besides the steady diet
of ribs, the only other good thing about this brush with ignominious death
was the chain link cage which kept our fans/would-be assaillants at a safe
distance. Thank God for Clorox wipes.  Liberation came when Jerry
successfully executed the entire third movement of Scriabin's Third Concerto
for Bassoon, balancing an oversized martini on his head, cashing in on a
drunken wager with the odious Bubbah Deutschemacher.
             Can I get a YIIIIIIIHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!????
So, to get to the meat of the matter: to celebrate landing back on our
feet in safe and sane Little Rhody, we have procured our favorite little
watering hole, the Mediator for, a little raveup on  SATURDAY NIGHT MAY 14
8:00, just like the good ole days.  Veteran Mediator fans know that this is
unfettered fun, what with BYOB, night club seating at tables with table
cloths, and all of our handpicked friends in full regalia.  Picnicking is
okay also.  Good  Asian Food right at the bottom of the hill at Four
Seasons.
The Mediator is at 50 Rounds Avenue in Cranston, a stone's throw from the
CalArt Tower.  for detailed directions go to our website at :

Another excellent reason to come see us is to get your copy of  the CD,
"THE SURREALISTICS", BY Jerry Miller and Jackie Roy.  This is all original
material, featuring Jerry extensively on Mandolin, twelve string, acoustic
guitar, even a little accordion.  Very tasty, and has also gotten some
national acclaim.
We remain:  HMT    Sandol Astrausky        Rory MacLeod       Jerry Miller
Todne Texeira           Bob Zuck    Give us a little jingle at 401 765 3735.
